Enzo is committed to serving communities and dedicated to continues revitalization by maintaining the character of small town communities. His approach is driven by the history and character of each project. Whenever possible, he strives to restore and maintain already standing buildings, with thoughtful improvements and incorporating salvaged materials of existing structures. He has the vision and the knowledge to reuse commercial projects as well as ground up developments, which also includes mixed-use and mixed income components. Enzo oversees every aspect of each project and works closely with a team of incredibly talented professionals who work hands on with the real estate development, design, construction, legal, land use and planning, making his visions come to fruition.

Dom, joined BPM in (2021) to work side by side with her role model, her father. Dom, achieved her Bachelors degree in Business Management in 3 1/2 years from Rollins College and holds a MBA sum cum laude with a concentration in management. Her education, motivation, interest and gaining a strong understanding about the entire development
Dom, joined BPM in (2021) to work side by side with her role model, her father. Dom, achieved her Bachelors degree in Business Management in 3 1/2 years from Rollins College and holds a MBA sum cum laude with a concentration in management. Her education, motivation, interest and gaining a strong understanding about the entire development process has earned her to this current position. Today, Dom, designs all marketing campaigns, flyers, digital marketing material; creating attractive print ads, writing engaging social media post and including producing comprehensive content for the company website. Dom has an incredible creative eye for detail and knowledge of all current trends. She's uniquely suited for her position at curating the selections and finishes for construction projects. A key component and responsible for commercial and residential tenant outreach. She is extremely committed to her job, however also very committed to her families success.
