Bear Property Management, made their first brick and mortar investment in the ‘80’s and continued to grow their portfolio throughout the years. Each investment came with financial risk and valuable learning experiences. In 1994 Enzo knew it was time to sell a failing investment for $1 to a partner with absolutely no regrets, accepting every investment comes at a risk. Bear’s principle, knew at that point the importance to invest, own, and proudly keep their property portfolio in the family.
BPM is a full service family owned real estate holdings company; includes luxury rentals, office spaces, range of residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use assets. Their services include construction, leasing and property management. BPM has been developing and managing a wide range of properties since 1980. Today as a prominent developer and investor throughout many counties in New Jersey; since expanding to the Southeast of Florida, our product offerings have evolved over the decades.
